I'm drawn to the intersection of data and design, and the power that intersection has to shape narratives.

We build our own sociotechnical systems: the way social behavior and technology fuse together shapes how humans experience the world. That intersection is what pulls me into design; the intentionality and craft it takes to design for something meaningful, to design for relationship, and to understand just how quickly, we form emotional connections.

Being racially chinese, born and raised in Mexico, and later moving to the U.S., where I had to navigate contrasting cultures, languages, and social systems from an early age, shapes how I see the world, and what's now, guiding my philosophy: stay open-minded, lead with confidence, and love-wholeheartedly.
